WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR ITEMS!

EXCHANGES will be accepted with certain restrictions, and ONLY when items are sent back within 14 days of when they are received. ***Please note that there will be NO returns on custom orders, preorders, sale items, jewelry, or accessories. 

If sending an item back for an exchange, please include $10 for return shipping. Buyer pays ALL exchange shipping costs. PLEASE include a detailed note in the exchange package with instructions on what to do with your items. I love reminders and need a note in each package that is returned.
